Greek Bowl with Chicken, Feta and Cucumber
A Greek-inspired bowl with oregano-grilled chicken breast, cauliflower rice, fresh cucumber, tomatoes and crumbled feta. Simple, fresh and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 80 g Feta
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cauliflower into rice. Dice the cucumber and cut the tomatoes into wedges. Crumble the feta.
Step 2
Season the chicken with oregano, salt and pepper. Grill it in a skillet with olive oil, 6 minutes per side.
Step 3
Sauté the cauliflower rice for 3 minutes in the skillet. Arrange it as a base in bowls, slice the chicken and serve with cucumber, tomatoes and feta.
