Ingredients
- 200 g Feta
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice the zucchini into thick rounds, arrange on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 2
Roast the zucchini for 15 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Dice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. Crumble the feta.
Step 4
Divide the roasted zucchini among bowls, add cucumber, tomatoes, and crumbled feta. Sprinkle with oregano and serve.
