Teriyaki Salmon Bowl with Steamed Broccoli
Teriyaki-glazed salmon fillet served over steamed broccoli and bok choy, topped with black sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 2 piece salmon fillet
- 300 g broccoli
- 2 piece bok choy
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Mix soy sauce and mirin to prepare the teriyaki sauce. Cut broccoli into florets and halve the bok choy.
Step 2
Steam the broccoli and bok choy for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down in a hot pan for 3 minutes, flip over and coat with teriyaki sauce. Cook for 3 minutes more, allowing to caramelize.
Step 4
Divide the steamed vegetables between bowls, place the glazed salmon on top and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
