Pork Bowl with Miso and Napa Cabbage
Thin slices of pork glazed with white miso, served over a bed of napa cabbage and edamame. A Japanese-inspired bowl that's umami-rich and comforting, with no grains.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pork shoulder
- 200 g Napa cabbage
- 80 g Shelled edamame
- 1 tbsp White miso
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 stalks Green onion
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the pork into thin strips. Chop the napa cabbage. Dilute the miso in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
Step 2
Sear the pork in a hot skillet for 4 minutes over high heat. Add the diluted miso and soy sauce, glaze for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir-fry the napa cabbage and edamame in the same skillet for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the cabbage and edamame in bowls, top with the glazed pork, and garnish with chopped green onion.
