Ginger-Glazed Shrimp Bowl with Bok Choy
Succulent shrimp glazed in a ginger soy sauce, served over grilled bok choy and shiitake mushrooms. A delicious and protein-rich Asian bowl.

Ingredients
- 300 g raw shrimp
- 3 piece bok choy
- 150 g shiitake mushrooms
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely grate the ginger. Mix with soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
Step 2
Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise. Slice the shiitakes.
Step 3
Sear the bok choy and shiitakes in a hot pan for 4 minutes. Transfer to serving bowls.
Step 4
In the same pan, cook the shrimp 2 minutes per side, coating with the ginger-soy sauce.
Step 5
Arrange the glazed shrimp over the vegetables and drizzle with remaining sauce.
