Sea Bream Ceviche Bowl with Citrus
A taste of Peru in this fresh bowl of raw sea bream marinated in lime juice, served over shredded red cabbage with red onion and fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
- 350 g sea bream fillet (very fresh)
- 200 g red cabbage
- 1 piece red onion
- 3 pieces limes
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 piece fresh chili
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sea bream into 1.5 cm dice. Place in a bowl with the lime juice and sliced chili. Let marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Finely shred the red cabbage and slice the red onion into thin rounds.
Step 3
Distribute the shredded red cabbage in bowls. Lightly drain the fish and arrange on top with the onion.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and drizzle with a little marinade. Serve immediately.
