Glazed Duck Strips over Cauliflower Rice Bowl
Duck strips glazed with soy and ginger, served over cauliflower rice with spinach and mushrooms. A Chinese-inspired bowl, high in protein and low in carbs.

Ingredients
- 300 g Duck strips
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 15 g Fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cauliflower into rice. Slice the mushrooms. Grate the ginger.
Step 2
Cook the duck strips in a hot pan skin side down for 5 minutes, flip and cook for 3 minutes. Drizzle with soy sauce at the end of cooking.
Step 3
In another pan, sauté the cauliflower rice and mushrooms with ginger for 4 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Divide the vegetable base among bowls. Slice the duck and place on top. Drizzle with pan juices.
