Beef Bulgogi Bowl with Cauliflower Rice
A Korean-inspired bowl with beef strips marinated in soy and sesame, served over cauliflower rice. Topped with sautéed zucchini and scallions for a complete and light meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g beef sirloin
- 250 g cauliflower
- 1 piece zucchini
- 3 stems scallion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater to make rice. Thinly slice the beef and cut the zucchini into half-moons.
Step 2
Sauté the cauliflower rice in a pan for 3 minutes over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Set aside in bowls.
Step 3
In the same pan over high heat, sear the beef with sesame oil and soy sauce for 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Arrange the beef and zucchini over the cauliflower rice. Sprinkle with chopped scallion and sesame seeds.
