Greek-Style Lamb Bowl on Greens
Grilled lamb strips with oregano and lemon, served over a refreshing mix of spinach, cucumber, and tomatoes. A fresh and aromatic Mediterranean bowl, perfect for summer.

Ingredients
- 300 g Boneless lamb chops
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the lamb into strips and season with oregano, juice from half a lemon, and olive oil.
Step 2
Sear the lamb in a very hot pan for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the cucumber into rounds and cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Step 4
Divide the spinach among bowls, add cucumber and tomatoes, top with lamb, and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
