Korean Bowl with Crispy Tofu and Kimchi
A spicy and savory Korean bowl with crispy fried tofu, fermented kimchi and steamed broccoli over a bed of cauliflower rice. Asia in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 200 g Broccoli
- 80 g Vegan kimchi
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and pat the tofu dry, then cut into cubes. Grate the cauliflower into rice. Separate the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes for 6 minutes, turning until golden and crispy.
Step 3
Steam the broccoli or cook in a little water for 4 minutes. Stir-fry the cauliflower rice for 3 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Divide the cauliflower rice between two bowls, add the tofu, broccoli and kimchi. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
