Sichuan Tofu Ma Po Bowl with Broccoli
A Sichuan-inspired bowl featuring crumbled ma po tofu in a spicy sauce, steamed broccoli, and edamame. Spicy and packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tofu with a fork. Separate the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Steam the broccoli or cook in a small amount of water for 4 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sauté the crumbled tofu for 4 minutes. Add the chili paste and soy sauce, stirring for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the broccoli and edamame between two bowls, top with the ma po tofu, and serve hot.
