Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Ground meat meatballs baked with a homemade tomato sauce. Serve with rice or pasta for a complete and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Ground meat
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onions
- 50 g Oat flakes
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ground meat, oat flakes, egg, mince the onion and garlic, add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Form about 12 meatballs from the mixture.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: crush the tomatoes, add salt, pepper and the meatballs.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or let simmer in the pan.
