Moroccan Spiced Turkey Broth
A fragrant broth flavored with ras el hanout featuring tender turkey, zucchini and confit tomatoes. The flavors of the Maghreb in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 350 g Turkey cutlets
- 800 ml Chicken broth
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 200 g Diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Ras el hanout
- 1 bunch Fresh cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey into chunks and the zucchini into cubes. Chop the cilantro.
Step 2
Sauté the turkey with the ras el hanout in a drizzle of olive oil for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the broth, zucchini and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil then simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Serve piping hot.
