Ingredients
- 150 g Quinoa
- 1 piece Avocado
- 3 piece Clementines
- 60 g Oat flakes
- 50 g Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 300 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and cook it for 15 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, toast the oat flakes in a pan for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Coarsely chop the walnuts.
Step 4
Make the sauce by mixing mustard, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Peel the clementines and separate into segments.
Step 6
Dice the avocado just before serving.
Step 7
Assemble the bowls: quinoa as the base, then avocado, clementines, oat flakes, and walnuts. Drizzle with sauce.
