Energy Bowl: Oats, Banana, Kiwi, and Beet Coulis

Ingredients
- 100 g Oat flakes
- 150 g Beetroot
- 2 piece Bananas
- 3 piece Kiwis
- 60 g Walnuts
- 300 ml Almond milk
- 20 g Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 g Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the beetroot in a pot for 10 minutes by steaming or boiling.
Step 2
Cool the beetroot, peel it, and blend with 100ml of almond milk until smooth.
Step 3
Lightly toast the oat flakes in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the remaining almond milk into a bowl, add the oats and vanilla.
Step 5
Slice the bananas and peel the kiwis.
Step 6
Assemble the bowl: oat and milk base, beet coulis in a spiral, fresh fruit, and crushed walnuts.
Step 7
Drizzle with honey if desired.
