Wok-Seared Beef Fajita Style
Spiced beef strips sautéed in a wok with colorful peppers and onions. All the tex-mex flavor without the tortillas, ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g beef hanger steak
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece green bell pepper
- 1 piece red onion
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef into strips. Cut the peppers and onion into thin strips.
Step 2
Sear the beef in the very hot wok for 2 minutes with the cumin and paprika.
Step 3
Add the peppers and onion. Stir-fry over high heat for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with lime juice, toss well and serve.
