Beef Stir-Fry Bulgogi Style
Inspired by Korean bulgogi, this sesame and mild chili beef stir-fry with Chinese cabbage and onions is a quick and delicious dinner.

Ingredients
- 300 g Beef flank steak
- 200 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Gochugaru (Korean red chili)
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef thinly. Cut the Chinese cabbage into chunks and slice the onion into strips.
Step 2
Marinate the beef for 5 minutes with the soy sauce and gochugaru.
Step 3
Sear the beef in a very hot wok for 2 minutes. Add the onion and cabbage, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
