Ingredients
- 3 piece Bananas
- 150 g Walnuts
- 60 g Ham
- 40 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl.
Step 3
Pulse the walnuts to create a coarse powder.
Step 4
Cut the ham into fine dice.
Step 5
Mix the mashed bananas, ground walnuts, ham, and melted butter together.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Spread the mixture on an oiled baking sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool and cut into 8 bars.
