Grilled Sea Bass with Asparagus and Tomato Vinaigrette
Grilled sea bass fillet served with crispy green asparagus and a fresh tomato vinaigrette. A classic French dish.

Ingredients
- 2 piece sea bass fillet
- 200 g green asparagus
- 1 piece tomato
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 leaf fresh basil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Snap off the tough ends of the asparagus. Dice the tomato and chiffonade the basil.
Step 2
Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the diced tomato, basil, 2 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Oil and grill the sea bass for 4 minutes per side. Grill the asparagus for 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
Step 4
Plate the sea bass over the asparagus and drizzle with vinaigrette.
