Tuna Bánh Mì

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 2 piece Vietnamese baguette
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Daikon radish
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 3 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 piece Fresh chili
Instructions
Step 1
Julienne the carrot and radish, place in a bowl with vinegar and sugar, let marinate for 10 minutes
Step 2
Slice the cucumber thinly
Step 3
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and soy sauce
Step 4
Open the baguettes, spread with the tuna-mayonnaise mixture
Step 5
Top with pickled carrot, radish, cucumber, and chili, close and serve immediately
