Colombian Bandeja Paisa

Ingredients
- 400 g pork ribs
- 250 g white rice
- 300 g red beans
- 4 piece egg
- 1 piece avocado
- 1 piece white onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 200 g tomato
- 5 g salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice for 20 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, add the red beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper, cook in a pan for 12 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Cook the eggs fried or soft-boiled according to preference.
Step 5
Slice the avocado. Assemble the plate with all the elements.
