Caramelized Bananas with Crispy Ham

- 3 piece Bananas
- 150 g Ham
- 40 g Butter
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into thin slices and arrange on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Bake the ham at 200°C for 10 minutes until crispy.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel and cut the bananas into 2 cm chunks.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the bananas for 3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Season lightly and plate the bananas with the crispy ham.
