Portuguese Seafood Rice
Succulent Portuguese rice with a variety of seafood, tomatoes, and saffron. An authentic and flavorful coastal dish that delights the palate.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pink shrimp
- 200 g Fresh squid
- 400 g Clams
- 300 g White rice
- 750 ml Fish stock
- 200 g Crushed tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- 0.5 g Saffron
- 100 ml Dry white wine
Instructions
Step 1
Clean squid and cut into rings, partially peel shrimp.
Step 2
Sauté diced onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes, add crushed tomatoes.
Step 3
Add rice and stir for 2 minutes to coat well.
Step 4
Pour in white wine and let reduce, then add saffron to stock and pour gradually.
Step 5
Arrange shrimp, squid, and clams on top of rice near the end of cooking, cover for 5 minutes.
