Seafood Rice
A savory Portuguese rice dish cooked in a rich seafood broth with assorted shellfish, saffron and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 300 g Arborio rice
- 200 g Shrimp
- 200 g Mussels
- 150 g Octopus
- 750 ml Fish broth
- 2 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 clove Garlic
- 0.5 spoon Saffron
- 100 ml White wine
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
Step 2
Add the rice and toast for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Deglaze with white wine, add saffron and broth.
Step 4
Add crushed tomatoes and octopus, cook for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add shrimp and mussels, cook for 10 minutes until the mussels open.
Step 6
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
