Hawaiian Ahi Poke
Cubes of raw ahi tuna marinated in soy-ginger sauce with sesame and nori seaweed. A fresh and sophisticated Hawaiian dish.

Ingredients
- 600 g Ahi tuna
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 15 g Fresh ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 20 g Black sesame
- 2 leaf Nori seaweed
- 50 g Green onion
- 15 ml Sesame oil
- 1 piece Lime
- 3 g Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tuna into regular 2 cm cubes. Place in a bowl.
Step 2
Grate the fresh ginger and mince the garlic very finely.
Step 3
Whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, ginger, and garlic.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over the tuna and let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Thinly slice the green onion. Slice the nori seaweed finely.
Step 6
Top the poke with green onion, black sesame, and nori seaweed. Serve cold.
